Adhering to the biodynamic principles, Vineyard Château la Coste tries hard to protect the essence of the soil. 300 hectares are cultivated biologically. Guests have the possibility of visiting the wine storehouse designed by Jean Nouvel and wine tasting from Château La Coste are organized.

Since July 2021, Villa La Coste has entrusted its kitchens to Hélène Darroze, a renowned chef who has been awarded 3 stars in the Michelin Guide for her London restaurant "Hélène Darroze at The Connaught" and 2 stars for "Marsan par Hélène Darroze" in Paris.
She concocts a cuisine in her own image, full of emotion, sincerity and authenticity, inspired by the gardens of La Coste and the surrounding area, seeking to sublimate the local produce of Provence and the best that the season has to offer.
The Restaurant " Hélène Darroze à Villa La Coste " is organized around different areas of the hotel and its terrace to let the guests choose the place of their tasting.
